Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Nightly rates vary by season. High season (December to April, plus Art Basel and F1 Grand Prix weekends) is priced higher. Long-stay discounts apply automatically for weekly and monthly bookings. A non-refundable cleaning fee, applicable state and local taxes, and an additional security deposit for stays longer than 5 nights are added to the booking total at checkout.;
